How are shipping costs calculated?
Postage and Packaging is provided free of charge within the UK.
For everywhere else, Greeting Cards are calculated at a flat rate of £1.50 regardless of quantity.

You can count on us investigating the impact our products have on the environment.
We take great care selecting the variety of papers we use, ensuring they're the finest available.
We purchase papers certified by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®), an international organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world's forests.
We also print on recycled paper, and pay additionally for both Carbon Neutral Printing and Delivery for larger print runs.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within the UK typically arrive within 3 working days.
Orders within Europe, within 5-10 working days.
All other destinations, within 10-15 days.
Can you write in the card for me?
Of course!, include a message in your orders "Notes or Instructions" field and we'll sort that out for you!
Depending on who's handwriting you prefer, you can select Matt's or Rachael's.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns on faulty items and items severely damaged in transit.
Regarding your personal information.
We will never sell or distribute any of your personal information. Such as your address, telephone number or email.
